If you wish to request access or deletion of your information, please contact us at the information provided below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Marketing Communications and Sharing. You may instruct us not to use your contact information to contact you with marketing communications regarding products, services, promotions and special events that might appeal to your interests by contacting us. In commercial email messages, you can also opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of such emails. Please note, we may send you information regarding our Services, such as information about changes to our policies and other notices and disclosures required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature, rather than promotional.

Uninstall. You may stop all collection of information by our mobile application by uninstalling the mobile application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Services may contain links to or from third-party websites, applications, and other services available to support the operations and functionality of the Services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites and services. If you submit information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage our users to be aware when they access third-party websites and/or leave the Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every website they visit that collects their information.

9. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and/or as required to comply with applicable laws. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as quickly as possible. 11. NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended for and directed to users in the United States. If you are a user accessing the Services from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers and, by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.

12. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits visitors to the Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 

13. HOW WE RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

At this time our websites do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “Do Not Track” instructions.
